In the heavy rains, I had massive landslide that partially covered a road and had to be removed fast. David Benshimol from Demo Leaders came out the same day I called, and within two days, Demo Leaders had completely removed the slide, cleaned up the road, and reinstalled an iron fence that had been knocked down. Love these guys. Truth be told, I was initially skeptical when David from The Demo Leaders gave us his pitch--his confidence promised either an exceptional crew or just a smooth talk. Thrilled to report, it's undoubtedly the former! Their work demolishing our ADU was nothing short of professional and positive, even amidst unexpected challenges. I had Demo Leaders do a complete gutting of a 1000 sq FT workshop that had water and power haphazardly run by the previous tenants. Price was very competitive and I was happy with it, and the service was AMAZING! Ray and Yanir did a fabulous job, removing everything inside and bringing it back to clean floors and walls, with just an electric panel in the corner. Bloody perfect work, in just a few days, and when turned over to me, even the floor was clean. Again, Ray and Yanir did excellent work in a short time on a complicated job, I can highly recommend them and Demo Leaders .
If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Renovations can obviously be very stressful but kicking off our project with Demo Leaders was an absolute pleasure. David was our main point of contact through demo and couldn't have been nicer or more professional. Im the daughter of a contractor so know my way around a job site but this is my first project and David made me feel very confident and taken care of. If and when I need to do any demo in the future I will be giving David a call. 10/10!!
As a general contractor it is extremely difficult to find a licensed demo company with competitive pricing and we hit the jackpot with Demo Leaders and our contact David. Since the beginning David was extremely professional and patient with us even though we had delays due to HOA approval. The work was quick, clean, and extremely efficient. David was great at sending me pictures and videos at the end of every day with the progress. Honestly, I didn't know a demo company like this existed. Happy we found them and will definitely be using them in the future. Thanks again David for all your kindness and professionalism.
