I had Demo Leaders do a complete gutting of a 1000 sq FT workshop that had water and power haphazardly run by the previous tenants. Price was very competitive and I was happy with it, and the service was AMAZING! Ray and Yanir did a fabulous job, removing everything inside and bringing it back to clean floors and walls, with just an electric panel in the corner. Bloody perfect work, in just a few days, and when turned over to me, even the floor was clean. Again, Ray and Yanir did excellent work in a short time on a complicated job, I can highly recommend them and Demo Leaders .

As a general contractor it is extremely difficult to find a licensed demo company with competitive pricing and we hit the jackpot with Demo Leaders and our contact David. Since the beginning David was extremely professional and patient with us even though we had delays due to HOA approval. The work was quick, clean, and extremely efficient. David was great at sending me pictures and videos at the end of every day with the progress. Honestly, I didn’t know a demo company like this existed. Also, our neighborhood street is very narrow as well as our driveway but, these guys knew exactly how to maneuver their equipment in a very meticulous way without causing any damage. These guys had it down to a science!!
In addition, there were many Wow and exciting moments for us as well as our neighborhood kids. We all watched the structure come down, it was an amazing site to watch!
